Batch Printing & Barcode Scanning

Barcode Scanners were installed by our hardware team at the entry and exit gate, and integrated with our software so as to calculate event-wise foot-fall and identify potential miscreants!

Integration between mobile and web application

Administrators were given a web and a mobile application (iOS and Android) to access and authorize visitors for the exhibition. Visitors were provided a website portal and a mobile app, to upload their personal details, and- once approved- view,  download & print their automatically generated badge.

Multi-level access Functionality

Users, with the help of login page, get classified into separate access-levels. Every user accesses different pages depending on their respective statuses. The root level user can change the access-levels of the lower users, and adjust their rights.

Automatic Emailing of Receipts & Invoices

Once the higher-level staff approves the invoices created for the clients, they can email the invoices directly to the clients at one click, without having to go through the conventional way.

Children’s Activity Center

Beginning with registration and covering fees, attendance, activities recording, reporting, progress tracking, rental management.

QR Code Scanning, Fee Receipts, Invoices, Parent Reports

Users can scan QR codes attached to books and toys, to select and record what their students have done in the class. Fee Receipts and Invoices can be automatically generated, while maintaining a fee record which parents can access with the help of a mobile app.

Virtual System for Flashcards, Audios, Videos & More

A system where flashcards and other presentations that are created can be selected through transaction pages. During class hours, students are then shown the cards on a tablet or laptop.

Managing office employees alongside client complaints and CRM. Also includes recording and generation of service reports and sale invoices. This is integrated with employee payroll requirements, and supports business intelligence.

Live Location Tracking

The admin level user can see where every staff member is, by location tracking through a mobile app. Additionally, there is a dashboard for the admins, with access to a map with staff locations marked.

Mobile Application for on-field staff

On-field staff can take complaints and generate service reports by sending an OTP to the client.
